Summary

Airluxe HVAC Services is a premium, quality-driven air conditioning business servicing high-end residential and commercial projects across the Sutherland Shire, Eastern Suburbs, and Sydney CBD.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated 2nd or 3rd Year Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Apprentice to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for an apprentice who takes pride in their work, is eager to develop strong technical skills, and wants to learn the trade to a high professional standard while working on premium residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with installation, commissioning, and servicing of air conditioning systems including:

• Residential split and ducted systems

• Commercial HVAC systems

• VRV / VRF systems

• Assisting with service, fault-finding, and maintenance works

• Working on high-end residential and commercial construction sites

• Assisting with reading plans, drawings, and specifications

• Supporting tradesmen to complete installations to a high standard

• Maintaining tools, equipment, and a clean work environment

• Ensuring work practices comply with Australian Standards and WHS requirements

• Completing required job documentation and TAFE commitments

Key Skills

• Currently completing Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (2nd or 3rd year)

• Driver’s licence (or close to obtaining one)

• White Card

• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills

• Good work ethic and reliability

• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Professional attitude when working around builders and clients
