Summary

Airluxe HVAC Services is a premium, quality-driven air conditioning business servicing high-end residential and commercial projects across the Sutherland Shire, Eastern Suburbs, and Sydney CBD.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a reliable Casual / Part-Time Trade Assistant to support our technicians with installations, service, and maintenance works. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in being organised and efficient, and is looking to gain experience within the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting technicians with installation of air conditioning systems including:

• Residential split and ducted systems

• Commercial HVAC systems

• VRV / VRF systems

• Carrying materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites

• Assisting with running pipework, ducting, cabling, and mounting equipment

• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment on site

• Assisting with loading and unloading materials

• Ensuring safe work practices and compliance with WHS requirements

• General labouring and support tasks as required 

Key Skills

• Driver’s licence (preferred)

• White Card

• Good physical fitness and willingness to work on construction sites

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Attention to detail and pride in supporting quality workmanship
